tell me how do you do it / walk me through it / i'm following every footstep / baby on your own you take a cautious step / do you wanna give it up? / cause all i want is for you to shine
Well, when people make a big deal out of a book, some will tend to become curious and pick up the book and read it to find out what the the fuss is all about, right? As is my case with this book.
Mushy. Muuuushy. Mushy mush mushed up between two mushy pieces of mush. Got it memorized? That's what it is, a cleverly spun web of dark romance between Bella (human) and Edward (vampire).
Sure, it's nothing I haven't seen before. But after some five hundred pages of it, I suppose this could have gone in a completely different, worse direction. The storyline manages to twist into itself smoothly, moving from one chapter to the next in a satisfying pace that really picks up near the end. While the characters are stereotyped, they're put out quite interestingly. They've all got a niche. And the author's writing style is really impressive. Props for that.
It's another take on vampires, and this one works out pretty well in the end. But oh, the mush. Too much. >_< I know, it's a romance book, but still. Haha. While i start on the sequel, I wonder how the movie will work out.
The mush was much appreciated!! ^_^ Edward wouldn't be the same without it! ALICE!! She is the best! Wonder if you'll think the same of the second book T_T
